Lutheran North added some talented players and ready to roll for the 2012-2013 season. They look to replace the powerhouse Concordia Lutheran in the running for the TAPPS 4A District 4 championship against the four times defending state champions Westbury Christian's lady wildcats. Concordia lady crusaders moved up to TAPPS 5A with St PIus, St Agnes and Houston Christian. It will be an interesting mix in both 5A and 4A with a lot of seniors from 2012 graduating leaving the young's to battle it out this year. Lutheran North's new additions are sophomore transfer post Tiffany Valentine and freshman guard Jae Branch. The lady Lions will be returning with most of the players from last season including sophomore guard Scarlet Rodriguez who average about 18 points per game. Lutheran North is a young confident team looking to improve and create havoc in district 4. Look out ... the LADY LIONS are roaring early.
